Your Tasks
As an IT Consultant (m/f/d) at Actindo, you’ll be a critical part of customer projects, collaborating closely with the Project and Development departments. Your role will be pivotal in solving customer challenges, managing Jira tickets, addressing escalations, and providing customer-focused solutions in both English and German. - Customer Projects: Participate actively in customer projects, working with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ticket Management: Address and resolve customer issues through Jira and other support systems.
- Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and effective communication in both English and German.
- Support and Escalations: Handle and resolve support tickets, including escalated issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Customer Advisory and Training: Advise customers on best practices, helping them find optimal solutions that align with their business needs, and conduct training sessions to maximize solution usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT consulting role, ideally within a SaaS or software development environment.
- Proficiency in Jira and support ticket management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and solution delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a larger team, with a proactive approach to managing customer needs and expectations.
