Your tasks
As Account Executive (m/f/d), you are responsible for acquiring new customers. You advise both potential customers and partners in detail and understand their requirements, offering them tailor-made software solutions. As a contact person, you are involved in the entire sales process from the preparation of the offer to the conclusion of the contract and are in close coordination with our project management and IT consulting divisions.
You acquire new customers and build sustainable business relationships
You analyze customer needs and stakeholders, advise potential customers, and offer them tailor-made solutions
You create offers as well as contracts and negotiate with decision-makers
You conduct scoping workshops with customers
You work closely with both project management and IT and transfer closed deals via account overview to the responsible IT consultants
You develop our sales strategy and sales processes together with our sales division
Your Profile
You are a true sales professional with experience in complex B2B sales processes, ideally in an e-commerce setting
You have a high technical understanding of complex IT structures and software solutions
You are enthusiastic about the digital industry and e-commerce
You already gained experience with CRM systems, MS Office and ticket systems
Your business management skills and/or entrepreneurial thinking allow you to identify customer potential based on key figures and data
You have an open, communicative, and team-oriented personality
You have a structured way of working and think solution-oriented
Your strengths include analytical skills and an understanding of complex system connections
You like to travel to potential customers, partners, and events
You have a very good knowledge of spoken and written English as well as German at B2 level
