Your Tasks
As an (Enterprise) Sales Executive Switzerland (m/f/d) you will be responsible for selling our solution to SME and Enterprise customers in Switzerland. You will advise potential customers in detail and understand their requirements in order to offer them customised software solutions. As a contact person, you will be involved in the sales process from the preparation of the offer to the conclusion of the contract and will liaise closely with Project Management and IT-Consulting.
You identify and analyse business opportunities in Switzerland
You develop and implement strategies for market development in the region
You conduct market analyses, competitive assessments and identify trends to strengthen the company's competitive position
You acquire new customers and build sustainable business relationships
You analyse customer needs (for key accounts) and stakeholders, advise potential customers and offer them tailor-made solutions
You create offers and contracts and negotiate with decision-makers
You are responsible for deal closing
You conduct scoping workshops with customers
You work closely with project management and IT and hand over completed deals to the responsible IT consultants using an account overview
You develop the strategy and processes together with our sales team
You take part in trade fairs and specialist events

Your Profile
You are a true sales professional with experience in complex B2B sales processes
You have a high level of technical understanding of complex IT structures and software solutions
You have excellent communication skills and a high level of personal responsibility
You are an ambitious personality who does not lose your drive even in difficult phases
You are enthusiastic about the digital industry and e-commerce
Your entrepreneurial thinking enables you to recognise customer potential based on key figures and data
You enjoy travelling to potential customers, partners and events
It is an advantage if you are familiar with MEDDICC / MEDPICC and have already used it successfully
In addition to very good written and spoken German, you also have B2-level English skills
