Finance Manager/Senior Accountant (m/f/d) (Remote)

Your tasks

To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Finance Manager / Senior Accountant (f/m/d) with a sharp eye and a hands-on mentality. In this role, you'll coordinate our financial processes, take ownership, and work closely with internal and external partners to keep our financial landscape on track.

• Full responsibility for Actindo’s finance and accounting operations

• Coordination of accounting and annual financial statements in collaboration with our internal team and external tax advisors

• Reporting and monthly closing: creation, review, and continuous improvement of financial reports (P&L, cash flow, forecasts, etc.)

• Treasury and receivables management: managing cash flows and optimizing Days Payable Outstanding

• Budget planning and forecasting in close cooperation with the executive team

• Further development and management of our financial tools, especially our subscription billing solution

• Preparation of KPIs (e.g. MRR, churn, CAC, CLTV) for management and investor reports

• Optimization of financial processes and interfaces (controlling, tools, project billing, HR, etc.)

Your Profile

• Degree in finance, business administration, controlling, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in finance (ideally in a SaaS or digital SME environment)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HGB standards

• Confident working with modern finance tools (e.g. Younium, Maxio, DATEV, LucaNet)

• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Experience leading small teams or external partners

• Hands-on mentality, high level of ownership, and a structured working style

• Strong communication skills, a head for numbers, and a good feel for digital processes
