As our Head of Marketing (m/f/d), you will actively shape this path: strategically, operationally and, above all, together with a strong team - without silos, with impact.
What you can expect
End-to-end responsibility for our marketing strategy - from branding and messaging to concrete go-to-market plans for our SME and enterprise target groups.
Channel marketing? Your playing field. You develop targeted programs, campaigns and enablement materials for system integrators, digital agencies and consulting firms. Our partner network is a key growth lever - and you're responsible for bringing it to life.
You will work closely with Sales, Product and Partner Management to implement a consistent GTM strategy across all departments. We don't want traditional marketing - we want integrated growth machines.
You will lead, coach and develop a highly motivated marketing team - with a focus on ownership, experimentation and measurable results.
Managing integrated campaigns across all channels (digital, content, events, webinars, ABM... you name it).
Thought leadership that can be seen - from whitepapers to panels.
KPI-driven budget and resource planning, closely aligned with our growth targets.
What you bring with you
Several years of experience in the SaaS sector, ideally in the B2B eCommerce, ERP or infrastructure environment.
You have already successfully built or been responsible for channel marketing programs - and know how to turn partners into brands.
You understand what makes tech buyers tick - and how to build content and campaigns that really convert.
Leadership is not a title for you, but a responsibility. You develop people and encourage personal responsibility.
You work in a data-based, strategic way and enjoy making complex topics simple.
You don't think in terms of channels, but in terms of customer journeys. And you can think marketing from the boardroom to the landing page.
