Job description
As an Technical Consultant (m/f/d) you will be part of our project team and will be integrated into challenging projects from the very beginning, in which you will actively support customers in the implementation of our Actindo Digital Operations Platform (DOP). You will be part of different project teams and work closely together with the development team.
- You are responsible for the technical advice and support of customers and their processes
- In doing so, you ensure that our customers are satisfied and comfortable at all times
- You are proactively involved in datamigration and implement as well as parameterize DOP accounts
- You are responsible for internal and external quality assurance
- You critically evaluate our processes and the product on a regular basis and share your constructive feedback with the team
- You use your expertise to train employees and customers
- You have a high understanding of complex IT structures and software solutions
- You speak English as well as German
- Your analytical skills are very good
- You show motivation and commitment in complex IT environments
- Your professional appearance is confident
- You have a structured way of working and think solution-oriented
- You are an open, communicative, and team-oriented personality
- You have programming skills in PHP and ideally also in MySQL
- In addition to very good written and spoken German, you also have B2-level English skills
