Your Tasks
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d), you are our lead generator in the small and mid-size segment: you research, identify and qualify new leads until they are handed over to our Sales Managers. You also work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns and funnels.
- You identify potential customers and target groups and proactively approach decision-makers by mail or phone to generate interest in the topic of digitization
- You qualify leads as sales opportunities
- You work cross-functionally with the marketing team to plan and implement new campaigns and content as well as funnel control
- You are independently responsible for managing the lead pipeline
- You understand the challenges of the target group and demonstrate as an expert what the digital future looks like with Actindo.
- You build long-term and trusting relationships with prospects
- You develop new concepts for lead generation
- You always keep an eye on the market and the competition
- You represent Actindo at trade fairs and other industry events
- You have already gained professional experience in a comparable sales position
- You have experience in working with CRM systems, MS-Office and ticket systems
- You have initial knowledge of ERP and SAAS solutions or a pronounced affinity for the IT sector
- Your business management skills and/or entrepreneurial thinking enable you to identify customer potential based on key figures and data
- You are enthusiastic about the digital environment and e-commerce
- You are an open, communicative and team-oriented personality
- You are a true networker and communicate confidently with decision makers at eye level
- You have a structured way of working and solution-oriented thinking
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
