Your tasks

As a Working Student in the Voice of the Customer Program (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in managing our feedback ecosystem, ensuring that customer insights are collected, analyzed, and leveraged to drive actionable outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in feedback management methodologies and contribute to the enhancement of our customer success strategies.

Survey Development and Management:

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement various customer surveys, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and others.
  • You monitor survey performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance response rates and data quality.

Customer Advisory Boards (CABs):

  • You assist in the organization and facilitation of Customer Advisory Board meetings, gathering insights from key stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

In-Product Feedback Mechanisms:

  • You work closely with product development teams to implement in-product feedback mechanisms, ensuring seamless integration and effective data capture.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • You conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of feedback data to extract actionable insights and trends.
  • You prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • You proactively identify opportunities to optimize feedback processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • You collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in customer success strategies.


Requirements


  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Statistics, Empirics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • You have a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or R/Python.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • You are detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • You have prior experience in customer success, market research, or data analysis is a plus.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English at B2 level.
