Are you an experienced B2B SaaS sales leader with a strong background in Composable Commerce and digital transformation? Have you successfully built high-performing sales teams and driven revenue growth in fast-paced environments? Then we’re looking for you!
As Head of Sales (m/f/d) you will play a key role in scaling our go-to market strategy, expanding strategic partnerships, and accelerating growth across the DACH region and beyond. Working closely with Marketing, Product and Partnerships, you will position our API-first, cloud-based commerce solutions for maximum market impact.

Your Tasks
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients in retail and digital commerce.
Identify and target businesses adopting Composable & Unified Commerce and transitioning from legacy ERP and eCommerce systems.
Establish sales methodologies, pricing strategies, and GTM tactics to differentiate Actindo’s solutions in the market.
Customer Acquisition & Expansion
Drive new business growth by identifying and engaging prospects who require flexible, API-driven Commerce ERP, OMS or POS solutions.
Expand relationships with key enterprise customers, leveraging a consultative sales approach to drive adoption and upsell opportunities.
Optimize and scale lead generation, pipeline management, and deal execution processes.
Sales Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and results.
Set performance KPIs, track sales metrics, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
Align with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, demand generation, and customer engagement strategies.
Industry & Product Expertise
Become an expert in Composable Commerce, MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture, and digital transformation trends.
Effectively communicate the Actindo value proposition, demonstrating how our platform empowers enterprises to modernize their commerce infrastructure.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine our sales approach.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
Identify and develop strategic alliances with technology partners, system integrators, channel partners and industry influencers to enhance market penetration.
Represent Actindo at commerce, retail, and technology conferences, establishing our brand as a thought leader in digital commerce transformation.
Forecasting & Reporting
Own the entire sales funnel, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to the executive team.
Your Profile
Proven B2B SaaS Sales Leadership – 8+ years in enterprise software sales, preferably in Composable Commerce, ERP, PIM, OMS, or cloud-based digital commerce solutions.
Strong Industry Knowledge – Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients in retail, manufacturing, or eCommerce
Track Record in High-Growth Environments – Successfully scaled sales teams and revenue in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.
Technical & Business Acumen – Ability to articulate complex technology solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (IT, eCommerce, and business decision-makers).
Customer-Centric Approach – Proven ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, identifying their challenges and aligning solutions to their business goals.
Sales Process Mastery – Experience in managing complex sales cycles, contract negotiations, and driving large enterprise deals.
CRM & Data-Driven Sales – Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and analytics.
Fluent in German & English
Preferred additional Qualifications:
Experience in selling API-first commerce solutions, headless architectures, or cloud-based platforms.
Strong network within the digital commerce and enterprise software ecosystem.
Familiarity with Composable Commerce, MACH Alliance, and modern digital transformation strategies.
